CHILDPROOF

Things I Miss About Childhood
  • My big wheel
  • My sandbox...the one that never had sand in it
  • Naivety
  • Never ending supply of energy
  • My big plastic rocking horsey
  • Snuggly rocking sessions on my mommy's lap
  • My grandmother's amazing home cooking
  • Grass stains on my jeans
  • Tag football in the park
  • Exploring the train tracks endlessly
  • Pretending!!!
  • Dirt under my nails
  • Playing in the yard barefoot
  • Never wanting to be inside
  • Making forts with my blankets
  • Watching TV inside a laundry basket
  • Thinking I would never grow up
  • Playing in the bathtub
  • Watching Speed Racer before school
  • Thinking I'm invincible with my brothers
  • Wrestling for shits and giggles
  • Riding my bike like it was my own personal Rolls Royce

I'm sure Ill think of more...

What do you miss??

Its a game where you have one person standing in the middle of the playground and the rest of the group at one end. The person in the middle is the bulldog and he calls someone to run from one end of the playground to the other without gettin caught. The person he calls can chose whether to run alone or with the group. If the bulldog grabs someone and says "british bulldog 1 2 3 caught" they then join the bulldog to stop the group and it continues until everyone has been caught. Fun isnt it!

Bologna Pizza. Me and Tom would lay out a piece of bologna, raid the spice cabinet, (toppings) and then cut our pizza and pretend we were elegant diners. Tom had gotten a hold of the Guiness book of records, so our elegant dining food of choice, aside from bologna pizza, was the Truffle. The worlds most expensive food. Oyster crackers were our Truffles. Pinkies out.
